How to heal the pain that arises from the subconscious?
When we have a pain that remains dormant (asleep) in the depth of our subconscious, life will put us in front of a situation or a person with the purpose of pain to surface.
While the pain is in the subconscious, asleep, we do not feel pain, and therefore, we do not know that it is there.
When it surfaces, then it is when we feel pain and suffering. The pain has "awakened" and warns us that it is inside of us. This is an opportunity for us, to know that I was there and thus be able to heal it.
People, we usually blame others or situations when they make us feel uncomfortable, annoying, angry, irritable, and above all when we feel pain and suffering.
The truth is that no person causes us such pain, nor can the situation itself ... We are ourselves who have that pain inside of us. And the other person is the one who is reflecting it. That is, that person is there as our mirror; and when we feel bad, we suffer ... we think that it is the person who has caused that suffering, when in fact the person has only helped us to wake up the pain, come to the surface and in this way, we can become aware of it and heal it.
How to heal a pain that has awakened from within us?
To heal, we have to accept that pain.
Now we know that it is in us and it is our opportunity to enlighten it.
We have to observe it, illuminate it with the light of full consciousness; being witnesses.
To observe it means, to pay attention to the pain, without judgments or thoughts, simply to observe it and to embrace it with love and conscience.
We can say in our interior: "Pain, now I know that you are there, I embrace you with all my love and my full consciousness".
We can also write on a piece of paper everything we feel (pain, negativity, anger, sadness, anger, hatred, etc. ) and then write: "I am a source of light and love. I am a source of acceptance and awareness. I embrace my pain and transform it into light. Thank you thank you thank you".
You must remember that absolutely everything that makes you feel a person, in the form of suffering, does not make you feel that person, but that this suffering is already in you and has awakened; It has gone from the subconscious to the conscious.
Never blame anyone, on the contrary, thank them that they are there so they have helped you to reflect your pain and thus realize it.
